• Bonuses are for personal use only — sharing bonus funds with others is prohibited

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud
• gb555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period after being added to the account, it will be cancelled

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

gb555 has five VIP tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier placement is entirely at gb555's discretion. VIP cashback and benefits are provided subject to specific conditions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled for any reason after play has begun, gb555 will apply its own rules for managing bets. The decision of the relevant sporting authority is final in determining event results.

6.2 Errors and Technical Faults

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds, gb555 reserves the right to cancel that bet or recalculate it at the correct odds. Any attempt to profit from a system error may result in account closure.

• Threatening or harassing other users

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gb555 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of money laundering
• Providing a false identity or information
• Failure to pass age verification

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Before closing your account, please withdraw any valid withdrawable balance. Bonus balance will be cancelled at the time of account closure.
